JESUS FEST ’26 · THE FREEDOM CHURCH NG
TERMS.
The practical rules for using the Jesus Fest ’26 website, digital pass and event features.
Submit responsibly
Only send content that you have the right to share with the event team.
Respect restricted areas
Staff tools and administrative areas are not for general attendee access.
Your digital pass
Your Jesus Fest ’26 digital pass is intended for your own event access. Do not share your private admission QR, copy another attendee’s pass, or deliberately use another person’s registration details.
Check-in and event access
Check-in records are used to support event operations. A successful digital verification or pass display does not override venue instructions, safety requirements or reasonable directions from authorized event staff.
Programme and event information
Programme details, session status, speakers, links and event information may change. The event team may update the website during Jesus Fest to reflect what is happening at the venue. Where a session time is not confirmed, it may remain marked as TBA.
Encounters, testimonies and live responses
If you submit content, make sure it is your own account or something you are authorized to share. Do not include confidential information about another person without permission. Public display is subject to review and approval. Once a response is confirmed, the attendee experience may not provide an edit or delete option.
Appropriate use
Do not attempt to bypass verification, interfere with check-in systems, access restricted staff areas without authorization, disrupt the Live Wall, probe the website for vulnerabilities, impersonate another attendee, or submit harmful, unlawful or deliberately misleading content.
Availability and third-party services
The site depends on internet access and external technology services. We aim to keep the experience available, but live-event conditions, connectivity, maintenance or service outages may affect some features.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the event experience develops. The version displayed on this website is the current version for Jesus Fest ’26.
