01

Information we may use

Information connected to registration and participation may include your name, email address, phone number, registration details, verification status, attendance and check-in records, device/session information needed to keep you signed in, notification subscription details if you enable Live Notifications, and responses you choose to submit during Jesus Fest.

02

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm registrations, verify attendee identity, issue and protect digital passes, manage daily check-in, show relevant event information, deliver event updates you opt into, operate attendee features, support event administration, and review encounters, testimonies and live responses.

03

Submissions and public display

Encounter, testimony and live-question submissions are reviewed before public display. Testimonies are private by default. If you volunteer for an on-camera testimony, that choice does not automatically make the written submission public. Public use still depends on the event team’s review and approval.

04

Your pass and QR

Your pass contains a private admission QR used for event access and check-in. Do not post or forward it. Story cards are designed separately so the private admission QR and other private registration details are not included.

05

Services that support the experience

The event experience relies on service providers for registration workflows, hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery and related functionality. Information may pass through those services only as needed to provide the relevant feature.

06

How long information is kept

Information may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate Jesus Fest ’26, maintain event records, resolve attendee issues, preserve approved event content, and meet legitimate church administration needs. Test or demonstration records may be removed separately from real attendee records.

07

Your choices

Optional fields can be left blank where indicated. You can choose not to submit an encounter, testimony or live response. Live Notifications are optional and require your device permission; you can turn them off later in your browser or phone notification settings. If you have a question about information linked to your registration or attendance, contact The Freedom Church NG through its official channels.
